We provide a storefront for vendors selling products. Vendors are given a login to add products and view their customer orders via a dashboard that is only visible to them (Vendor Pro). Reporting is also available. Vendors can specify their trading times that suites them. 

Customers are able to see all the different local food vendors in one place and checkout online. They can schedule then schedule pickups based on the Vendors trading times.

No, our plans are on a month to month basis. Cancel anytime. We do require 1 months notice to ensure your payments and orders are processed timeously.

We give customers the option to either collect from vendors or if the vendor offers delivery we can accept that payment on checkout and pass on to the vendor. Unfortunately, we are not yet offering our in house delivery service.

The Vendor Lite and Pro are very similar. They both give you an online store, the Pro allows customers to complete the order, we take payment and you can see the order on your dashboard. The Vendor Lite allows customers to send you a WhatsApp message with the details of the product they are interested in and complete the transaction with you directly. 

We love and respect all in our beautiful country but we have decided to limit this platform to only Muslim owned or Halaal certified small businesses.

Processing payments online costs us, in addition to this we have an accounting process that ensures you are paid on time. 

Should you be on the Vendor Pro plan we will accept online payments on your behalf via Payfast. We will then settle payment the first Monday after the products / services have been rendered.
